We are hiring for International Semi Voice Process – Looking for Immediate Joiners
Interview/Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039
Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or chat and provide resolution accordingly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
✓ Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Typing Speed with 25wpm and 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement.
✓Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
✓Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
Salary Structure: 20k to 28k(Take home after deductions)
Date of joining : 14th February 2025
Note;
Kindly carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies)
Job Requirements:
✓Must be flexible to work in rotational night shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
✓5 days working; 2 rotational weekly offs
✓Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
✓Educational certificates are mandatory(Xerox Copies)
✓Must be flexible to work from office.
