✓Need to be on the field for vendor coordination and driving the project
✓Coordinate with different brokers for Area mapping/ scouting, agreement closure, rent discussion, etc
✓Constant communication & follow-up with vendors
✓Manage various Vendors & get quotations as per the requirement
✓Need to close Projects on the given timeline
