✓Playing a critical role in retaining our existing and loyal customers through an array of initiatives that include improving ARPU, CLTV, Customer Journeys, Player Experience, etc.
✓ Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the player base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the player’s lifecycle
✓ Develop, Manage and Execute Tournaments/Contests from scratch including Name, Prize Structures, Timings, Budget, Logistics, etc.
✓ Interact and Coordinate with B2B clients for campaigns & tournaments as and when required
✓ Effectively utilizing all digital channels like FB, push notifications, SMS & emails etc. to target players with relevant and personalized communication via marketing automation tools to enable smooth execution
✓ Running A/B tests and data-driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in campaign metrics
✓ Formulating and executing the CRM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchases and cross-sell by working closely with the cross-functional teams.
>Expected skills;
✓Should have experience in owning end-to-end marketing campaigns with decision-making capabilities
✓Should have the ability to work with data to convert it into actionable insights, and understand user behavior
✓ Should have worked with the marketing team to execute action points and player journey
✓ Strong written and oral communication skills
✓ Interest in playing online games is preferable
