•Facilitate cohort launches, including bulk uploads on Gmail and Coassemble (our Training platform)
•Update all the spreadsheets used for analyzing team performance metrics.
•Sort responses to ‘Pledge forms’ and communicate via text and call for reminders.
•Record and manage training workshop recordings.
•Send reminders and update emails regarding workshop schedules.
•Respond to emails from trainees who haven’t officially started training.
•Send gift coupons to Campus Managers upon training completion.
